Was this customer service unprofessional and bad or am I just overreacting?

Today I had an appointment at a medical spa clinic. I gave them a heads up that I’d be a few minutes late and updated them on specific time. Got there and got ready to start my app, but the girl was still moving machines around and setting it up which delayed things. Then we’re starting and the machine kept getting unplugged every time she moved it. So it put the process behind more as the machine needed time to warm up. I get it that accidents happen but this happened a total of like 5-10 times. I was there for like 2 hours, and the app is only supposed to be for 1 hour. Then at one point she left the room to help another client for like 10 minutes and the machine went off while she was gone so I’m stuck under this heavy equipment waiting for her to come back. I got so impatient and had to go to the bathroom so bad so I unstrapped myself and went, she was nowhere to be found. Came back and as I was approaching the room, she didn’t see me at first and brings out all my stuff to the front desk and tells them I left! So I told her I just had to pee and I couldn’t find her. We finished the session finally but wow…I’m pretty frustrated.
