Are 18 pound dumbells too heavy for arms?

no not at all. Remember to hit shoulders and upper back too, not just arms.
I hope not.. I'm 44, skinny and can still curl 25 pounds. That's not me bragging by the way :(
What about a 37 pound barbell for Upper and lower workout

If you can get 8 reps with 18 pound dumbbells then they are no too heavy.
Add a zero to that, and I would swear she was talking about Biden.
That should be a starting point for a child to lift.
Depends on your arms.
Only if you can't lift 18 pounds
Not if your a pro
I'm uses to 9 pound dumbells can I use 18 pound ones now?
Haven't tried it yet

Can I go from 18 pounds to 37 pounds pr is that a high jump
18 pounds to 37 pounds
9 pounds each arm to 18 pounds each arm
It's a barbell so all in one
Can you not curl this on a barbell?
I used go lift 18 pounds in total on dumbells
Now I want to lift 37 pounds barbell
So what about if I go to 11 pounds each side on the barbell which is 22 pounds total then get to 25 pounds then 30 then 37?
For a woman perhaps.
