What do you mean by carry? Sling you over my shoulder? Carry you like a box, like a bride? You sitting on my shoulders, and how far? 139lbs by itself it's hard most guys should be able to lift that but depending on how far and the terrain it could get difficult after a while.
depends on what you mean by "carry" xD front lateral raises with that weight or a 100 mile hike with that on your back would be challenging xD but if you mean like lift up and hold them close to your body, that´s no problem at all.
Do you expect your man to carry you everywhere in his arms? You know, if you try and look down your body you will probably see a pair of legs. They are highly engineered for situations like this
My bruv and my boyfriend can carry me easily. I am about 115-120 lbs, and one inch shorter than you. I am pretty sure either could carry you as well.

Dunno about carry but if your weight is uncomfortable while sitting on my face then it's too heavy. As a rule of thumb then about 120 is the limit, regardless of body type.

Most guys should be able to easily carry their own weight. 200isnt difficult for a guy in half decent shape.
