Around how much water do u drink and how many times do u pee a day?

I try to drink at least half a gallon a day now. But I still only pee 2-3 times a day because I just dont allow myself to go. I know I’m supposed to pee like 6 times

Lemme tell u some Desii... not peeing n holding it long when you know u need to pee, that is dangerous n harmful in long run if it becomes habit... can cause lungs issues at some point... and same way holding poop isn't good either

@exitseven i dont even have to squeeze my legs together to hold it in. I haven't used a public bathroom since 2006. My body has been trained to only in the morning (around 7am) and at night (around 6pm). There isn't much of an inbetween
