The goal here is to get you medicated and stable.
Sadly, depression can be due to a number of factors. That will usually be discussed.
For example, are you feeling depressed due to school or work? Are you feeling depressed when it comes to certain seasons of the year? Etc
It may be good to get things off your chest. A Psychologist has four goals when it comes to their clients. To understand, predict, describe, influence, and control behaviour, and improve the quality of life.

Make sure that they are intressted in talking about what you need to talk about cause many psychologets dont wanna listen to the past for some reason..
In my case, no.
Medicines, counselings, worsen my condition. I decided to off off them, now i'm just at a neutral state, but hell im feeling so much better
