Why does my friend wants to bench press me when I wear swimming clothes?

I find it slightly confusing because my friend asked to bench press me only when I wear swimming clothes but not other type of clothes.

For example : swimming shorts with a t-shirt - bikini - one swimming piece.

Does clothes make a difference when it comes to bench press a girl?
