I had a barbecue yesterday and after eating crazy amounts of food I had a sky rocketing craving for sugar so I overdosed on blueberries and cherries and bell peppers and other fruits. This morning I pooped 3 times and I also pooped 5 hours after my barbecue last night. So 4 pooping trips and it’s only been around a night and morning since my barbecue. The same thing happened in Mexico, I ate a ton of vegetables every single day of my vacation and lost the 10 pounds I gained in 4 days.
Eat less calories than what is required to maintain your weight = weight loss.
Does not matter if you eat pizza, burger, cake, rice, veggies. As long as you make sure there is a deficit in calories, you will lose weight (unless you have a disorder, which I do not know what kind of disorder that will have you gain weight despite the caloric deficit).
Now, being healthy is a different story.
