When I did keto between 2018 and 2019 I did not reach my goal weight but I noticed an hour glass forming as I lost 8 inches around my waist. Now I do not do keto but I take vitamin B and honey and tea and my stomach is beginning to form an hour glass again.
I do not know if it’s the honey or the lemon juice or the specialty tea or the vitamin B1 that is helping me to get an hour glass again.
