Periods that lasts more than 10 days?

hey girls,
usually i always have my periods on time and this month it’s been so weird, like i got them 26 days before not 28 like i usually always do, it didn’t alarm me but now i have them for more than 10 days instead of 5-6 usually and I don't know if i should get alarmed

I get why you're feeling a bit worried. Remember, while it's normal for our cycles to be a bit off sometimes (blame it on stress, diet etc), having your period for more than 10 days isn't typical.

I think it would be a good idea to have a chat with a doctor about this. They can give you some advice and maybe run some tests if needed. It's probably nothing serious, but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
