When is The Last Time you Began a New Journey in Your Life?

On Wednesday, this nice girl is helping me research publishers to get my book series taken off. It would be really nice I could get out of this slum drug infested town and become successful with my writing. What's nice about a book series is there's more to them than regular novels. Readers grow more closer to the characters, the reader gets to see them grow, and the characters become like real people, experiencing all the struggles and setbacks.

I really need this push too because I get afraid no one will like my story. I know I've written an amazing story, all my characters are just amazing, the way they use the darkness from their own pasts to fuel the courage to face their fears in the present.

I just hope I have the courage to publish and accept criticisms. In the story, my characters display courage in several situations. Maybe I should take a lesson from them, lol.

I've always been someone that likes to fly free. I plan on writing 14 books in the series total. I have 4 done so far. I don't care about the money. It's the writing journey, and the journey to watch my character's stories be read by others. Some people would call me a dreamer, but that's where a writer develops their characters and stories, from dreaming!

Just the past June. Had a dream that a new beginning was coming. And it did. My mom was at a loss for words and remained her dumb, stubborn ass self, aunt expected I be back within t- my close family near me expected I be back soon enough.

It is now 7/18/23 and I'm living in my own rented room, have a successful job and just started building up my business again.

Two years ago when my friends moved away for college and the military and I stayed so I could go to community college and then last December when I got my first job outside of the community. Prior to that job, I had worked for my neighbors and my church.

The last time was in 2002 when my wife and I moved into the home we built on 30 acres in a rural part of the western Sierra Nevada Mountain foothills. It was a major life change but we have been very happy and blessed ever since.

After that, another life change was retiring from my job after 30 years in 2011.

And I guess I could say another life change for me was going on Social Security in 2016 and retiring completely.

In October last year. That was reinforced when I almost died in December. Now I'm just living my best version I've ever been. 2yrs back got married… moved from where id been 30 years to an unknown env. Lot of change. Once got through rough patch been very good.
Were living the dream right now.
