Update: took test and I am not pregnant. Whew! That would have been a very hard decision if I were pregnant. I do not take abortion lightly just so you guys know. It goes against everything I believe in but at the same time there was no way I would have been able to bring a child into the world in my current mental state.

I see both sides of the argument apart from the religious aspect.

Ultimately, I think it does need to be allowed. There are some circumstances in which it would be the better option. Such as if they were certain the child was going to be retarded or the mother had been raped and nobody could look after the child and/or the pregnancy would hinder the future prospects of the mother who might be able to have more children later when she is in a better place.

I have zero problem with early-term abortions, especially chemical abortions that can be done up to 77 days (11 weeks) after the first day of your last period.

If it is a viable pregnancy it is immoral to take another's life. If you can't support it put it up for adoption. Most people know this and need validation to justify such a cowardly and reprehensible act.

I'm not in a good mental state to go through a pregnancy at this time. It is not always a good idea for a woman to carry a child especially if she is not in a good healthy mental state. That could make things worse for the child to be. But I'm not pregnant so I don't have to worry about it anymore. Going on bc for sure.
