Can I get rid of a piercing bump overnight?

I snagged my nose piercing and now I have a bump, I have a very important event tmr and I really don’t want this bump to show as bad as it is right now. Lots of pics will be taken and ahh, I’m freaking out. I tried putting a silicone sheet for bumps and keloids over it and it causes discharge to rise to the surface and it’s drained now. What else can I do to lessen the visibility of the bump? Thank you!
