if you do have flat abdomen can you post your daily routine, Food and types of exercise?
Anonymous(18-24)+1 yI have no routine other than if I don't get enough physical activity doing productive work, I would do an under 5 minute exercise shoving in as much intensity as possible, and obviously it's not crunches, while they will make abs pop more, I don't quite give a fuck about making them pop too much. Just any activity is good for overall health, but if you don't work physically then something like pullups, muscleups, dips, some one legged squats with shoulder press at the top, is enough to get the heart beating. There are good supplements. One underrated nutrient is niacinamide. Actually most health gurus avoid it because it deactivates SIRT1 gene which they believe makes us live longer, but the only science it was shown on involved fruit flies and worms. This bs SIRT1 gene that they talk about creating longevity is FEMINIZING deactivating androgenic functions and activating estrogenic functions. I think they're just trying to market a certain toxic waste byproduct stilbene that feminized factory workers exposed to it, and they want us to buy and consume that shit. Anyway the cheapest niacinamide is good for improving androgen signaling. As is creatine and all that stuff. Eat no junk, nothing wrapped in plastic, nothing cooked with inflammatory seed oils, nothing with processed carbs, with added preservatives and flavors, and nothing sprayed with agrochemicals. That's a small list everyone should be able to understand. You can also try shockwave therapy like the jackhammer I used on my dick just for fun. Research shows that when applied to muscles it induces hypertrophy, which I confirm is true. Also skin tightening and fat reduction. But none of these shortcuts are important if your diet is fucked up.
Did I mention CHRMICALS IN THE WATER? Get sunlight exposure and avoid any synthetic chemicals that have a fragrance, and often even those that don't. Like I wash my hands with borax powder because soaps are all full of phthalates and other manhood killers.
May @BoobSlayer be with you.

Asker+1 yWHAT did you do to your dick? 😐...
Also water? are you talking about Atrazine? Making gays out of straight men?
Asker+1 ywho is boobslayer? a dietitian/personal trainer?
Opinion Owner+1 yDick experienced series of high pressure shockwaves without numbing cream like they do in clinics. There are special jackhammers sold for it, just search "shockwave therapy" in online stores like aliexpress. You could simple hole it against a fence pole being drive into the ground, the shockwaves will reach you similarly with each strike of the sledgehammer.
Atrazine is a big one, but all laundry products, bath and cleaning products, industrial chemicals and paints should be obvious. Don't even smell them. Ic you detect their scent, run, because they'll get absorbed through the skin.
Boobslayer is just another troll like me.
Asker+1 yokay wait... o. o
what does shocking your dick do? are you trying to kill it? or if it's dead does that make it come back to life? what's the purpose exactly?
and the chemicals in the products you just mentioned ALSO feminizing men as well? I had only heard about the Atrazine in the water. Damn we need to relocate to another planet fast
Opinion Owner+1 yThere are studies showing that atrazine is found in animals who eat corn that was treated with atrazine - even if the water that they drink was ultra filtered and distilled, the crops still have it.
Atrazine is but one of thousands of anti-fitness chemicals we are all exposed to.
It is not shocking the dick like electric shock, if that is what you thought. It's acoustic soundwave, you can look up what it does. As I mentioned, it makes muscles bigger and stronger. It made my dick extremely thick and extremely vascular.
So i was saying it is an option, to use such hacks to get rid of belly fat. It kind of works. But not as good as a healthy diet.
Asker+1 yhaha you gave me visuals there!
okay so lets suppose that's it's true about making it thick and vascular, if we were to try that on the stomach, wouldn't that make me wider? like a man? And also about your dick does it still function properly after that?
Opinion Owner+1 yJust do the minimal research, it exploded in popularity during the past 5 years.
No it will make the stomach more lean.
One of the things it does a stimulate growth of new blood vessels, and is becoming an extremely popular remedy for erectile dysfunction.
It's like ultrasound except penetrates deeper into the body, depending on which attachment is used + intensity.
It isn't anywhere near as important as a healthy diet though.
Opinion Owner+1 yWhen it come to exercise, I only choose jobs that require physical work and preferably outdoors. + there is infinite motivation to keep going. I have a habit of competing by trying to work faster than all other workers. Really works like cardio and whatever the fuck combined, making me more exhausted than a gym would.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yI drink 300 grams of ultra fine oats with digestive enzymes, green powder, collagen, vitamin C powder, NAC powder, organic sulfur powder and camu camu powder after meals that consist of wild caught salmon, salad, rice and sometimes noodles. I also eat 2x organic boiled eggs every day. I snack on Protein Grazer bars and 65 Grams of KP nuts each day.
My routine consists of isometric static lifts for 20 seconds over 3x sets of upright row, behind the back shrugs, shoulder press, dead-lift and seated row. I do this every two days. The isochain looks like this but people often make their own one from wood, a spring and a strap as well:

Asker+1 ythis exercise on the photo is just lifting a heavy weight steadily up and down while keeping the stomach muscles contracted?
Also since it seems you know about exercises, which exercise do you suggest targets the lower back sides where the bra strap goes... I hate the way it looks and yeah I know losing weight over all can eventually make that smaller or go away but which exercise targets that part the most to make it tighter there.. I believe it's called Latissimus Dorsi
Opinion Owner+1 yIsometric lifts do not involve any movement. In the picture he is lifting against the resistance created from his own force against the metal plate, the chain and the handle. The spring allows a little give so the brain thinks it's a live load so prevents the brain from limiting muscle recruitment.
It's like lifting up a heavy sofa and holding it in place without moving for 20+ seconds instead of lifting it up and down. Your entire body contracts while you do it.
To target the lats pull-ups are popular but the bent over row also targets them well. I would do an isometric bent over row with the same device in the picture but most will use a barbell. I'd say it would be challenging to get correct form to avoid injury. Isometric lifts are more forgiving although you can still injure yourself.
Asker+1 ythank you for all the information
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yWish I had flat belly. I find it so sexy 😄 But I'm not a bi 😜😜 I just find it beautiful. I think to keep it flat we should eat proper diet like mix of carbs fats and proteins as well as keep drinking about 2 litres of water. We should do proper exercises like mountain climbers , planks jumping jacks squats and so on. But I have heard that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. And I would suggest to do some more research on diet and exercise. Talking about excercise I'm sure you have heard of Chloe ting emi Wong Johanna soh , their channels have got many effective exercises. If you want you can follow theirs. Hope it helps.

I do, but my "diet" consists of forgetting to eat and my "routine" is an excessively high metabolism that's currently enabling unhealthy habits that will come back to bite me a decade from now... I will now go read the advice below for future reference 😅

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yI have a flat belly up until I eat lol I lift 4x a week and do cardio, I eat relatively clean but I bloat easily no matter what (which is normal). My boyfriend has a defined six pack but he still gets bloated - it's a part of being human.
00 ReplyLook some people are naturally have lean body. They would eat more than their fair amount of meals but they won't get fat.

Asker+1 ywhat's your daily food intake?
I know a lot of vegetarians who are fat because they eat flour based foods that imitate meat for example which is why saying vegetarian alone means nothing to me. Can you just list typical things you eat through your average day? Also you are just skinny? or look fit with flat abs?
Opinion Owner+1 yIn short, I would say watch Jamie Oliver's veg recipes on YouTube. That would help. Limit your fat intake. And I'm fit with good abs (I don't like muscular looking abs)
Asker+1 yfat intake? I thought sugar is what makes us fat not actual fat.
Opinion Owner+1 yBoth affects
