If I am referring to a feeling, it's a "gut" feeling or reaction. If I'm talking to my younger grandchildren, I'll say "tummy". If I'm giving someone a massage, I'll call it the "abdominal area", etc. as needed. The context drives the terminology.
Now I just call it my stomach. I called it tummy when I was talking to my kids when they were little
for some reason i have trouble picturing you uttering the word 'tummy' lol
I call mine the "pudge." As in, "I need to shrink my pudge down and stop eating so much 😂
I usually don't say "tummy". If I'm speaking English, I call it "belly" or "stomach".

Yeah. The tummy is what we call it because it's cute. Stomach is the organ and belly is the fat.
yes ‘tummy’, gut sounds harsh and belly sounds like i’m fat!!😵😵
I say stomach, unless I am talking with my baby. I might then either say tummy or belly.
Yes I will flip between stomach and tummy, fairly swappable.
at home, around family or fiance I call it zhivotik
