Nope. I'm 6'2" and 205 lbs with a 44" chest and 33" waist. About 8 lbs heavier than when I graduated from college 38 years ago. 15% body fat. I've never seen the appeal of being overweight and out of shape. There are too many things I like to do. And clothes that fit well are easy to find for me. The clothing industry caters to an ideal body shape within a certain range. Beer guts and ass cracks are not a great look. Neither is being stick thin for a man.

Not at all.. It's closer to flat really.. Especially after all the cardio I do..

  @beefcakebradybatson If, I keep doing what I'm doing, I should be fine.. I love working out and fitness.. Plus, as I get older I might hit some "Performance Enhancement" to keep those muscles crazy.. 💪🏽..

No I do not. I cut out soda years ago, I exercise regularly, and I don’t overeat.

It's kind of big, but it doesn't stick very far out past my chest. It's apocalypse fat. If there's ever a food shortage, I could probably live for a 2 weeks on vitamins and water
