I prefer tooth floss. It’s far better at getting right in between the teeth, and you can get right under the gum line to remove plaque before it calcifies and causes cavities between the teeth. Toothpicks do not do a good job.

  Maybe it works like fluoride for your teeth if you swish it around before swallowing. Lol

I use a waterfloss filled with hot water and a few drops of lugols iodine. It's superior to both toothpick and manual flossing.
