What can I do to reduce my tummy in a few days?

A crap ton of cardio, which I would imagine you're not capable of doing since you're asking this question. I lost 7lbs on my last marathon but I also carried 35lbs on my back. This past weekend I didn't do any long races, just a 15k, 5k and 10k, but I upped my weight on the first one to 42 and lost 4lb over the weekend. If you consider walking down the stairs at work to be strenuous you're not going to burn 3500 calories more than you ate, which is what it takes to lose 1lb of fat.

It's probably not possible in a few days. Consider wearing shapewear until you get it to where you want it though weight loss.
