Guys, Which exercise can I do to get a flat tummy?

Sit-ups, balance exercises and diet have already been mentioned.
I'll add the following:
Leg raises: Always keep your lower back in contact with the floor. If your back curves off the floor, don't lower your legs further, because then you move into hip flexor training, which can increase the curve in your back and make your belly appear rounded. Take it from a hip flexor dominant person.
Bear crawls: Get in a crawling position, but lift your knees a few cm (~ an inch) above the ground. Tighten your core. This one will set your abdominal muscles on fire.
Vacuum hold: Blow out as much air as you can and squeeze (using your muscles) your bellybutton towards your back. Hold for as long as you can (without fainting). This trains the inner layer of abdominal muscles, which plays a huge role in tightening/slimming the waist area.
For an on-going killer set of abdominal muscles, the BEST non-exercise exercise is 'belly dancing'.
When the PT instructors found that the career 'lifer' soldiers were preponderantly developing 'beer guts' Fort Bragg, NC brought in female belly dance instructors for the 5am PT sessions. The focused movements tighten ALL the abdominal muscle groups! I have a 27 yr old friend, a mother of two, who dances and she has a body that 16 yr old apathetic teens would KILL for! And you DON'T want a 'flat tummy' you want a female 'six pack'!
Imagine the good, such an exercise program would do for developing middle school girls as a 'gym class' as opposed to bullshit dodgeball or volleyball to lose the 'baby fat' and define their curves and self-confidence!
Drink tons of water no other soft drinks or sugary drinks and walk 30 minutes a day at a fast pace for 30 days it will flatten your stomach and it will turn up every inch of your body 30 minutes a day for 30 days but I bet you a dollar you're not going to do it because nobody else has yet if you do do it I want to see before and after pictures please
Cool ok before and after pictures and you have to do it every day for 30 days 30 minutes a day. Walking at a fast pace and if you really want to get telling do it twice a day 30 minutes a day even your nose will tone up if you do it right I'm not kidding everything on your body will tone up
You can't specifically burn fat from a certain area of your body, but what you can do, is build the muscle underneath it, to make it look less flabby and tone up, although it won't do a lot if one has a lot of fat, like think of a person with a huge, flabby belly.
In terms of reducing fat, which will be required, a calorie deficit will be required and in terms of how to implement it, check out my answer over here:
Any weight loss suggestions?
I know u won't like to hear it, but sorry, it's the truth. Doing any exercise will make ur fat burn. However, it's not like: doing this will make fat burn here and doing that there. No. The human body works like, the fat on the ass, legs and stomach ALWAYS burn up the last. So, u'll need a loong time xD However, running is the exercise that burns up the body fat the most I think.
As below you have to work core, sit ups, plank,
https://www.coachmag.co.uk/fitness/core-exercises
shove in some jogging as well, this will help burn calories.
also balance exercise, stand on one leg, cross arms and close eyes, now balance for a minute each leg.
If you want a flat stomach then start eating healthy and working out regularly and consistently other then that have patience because it's not gonna happen over night.
Just FYI you can't spot reduce fat on the body meaning when you work out your gonna lose fat across your whole body you can't just lose fat in just the stomach area that's not how it works.
But like I said above my advice as a former PT is to adopt healthy eating habits and workout do both regularly and consistently.
Burpees and mountain climbers are great for burning belly fat and working your core at the same time as getting cardio in, but a lot of it has to do with diet and genetics as well.
The main thing to lose weight is caloric intake vs burn. If you're looking to lose weight, you should aim to burn 400-500 more calories than you intake per day. By that standard you should lose a pound approximately every week.
Oh god, look at the army of stupids that think doing abdominal exercises somehow makes the fat go away there. You might as well be slapping your bellyand yelling at it to go away.
To lose fat, you need to diet and exercise. And when I say exercise, that means mainly cardio. Running, cycling, swimming, etc.
You can't lose fat in a specific area of your body the only way to lose fat is to use more energy than you take in on a daily bases the best way to ensure this is eating foods with low fat content along with regular exercise
I recommend sit ups and squat thrusts. Always make sure you warm up first though, and never exercise an hour before eating and 2 hours afterwards.. I don't want you pulling any muscles.
Cut the sugar, cut the gluten, run 5 times a week for 15 to 30 minutes. In 3 to 5 months you would get what you want almost guaranteed and you would feel like a beast of energy!
Run with your arms up in the air, it is surprisingly difficult and good for your core and midsection :) also swimming is a good exercise but it is not for all people lol
This is what you are looking for (see video).
https://www.youtube.com/embed/uFDXvHeH2EMYou get yourself a Man and have him rub your tummy aww that is quite hot to do for me but I would say sit-ups is a good thing also bend over touch the floor that might help
Crunches and sit ups will help, but you need to combine that with a healthy diet.
A lot of push ups and pull ups. Other exercises I am not sure but these 2 will surely help.
Situps and crunches, don't forget the squats for that nice peachy ass
First cardio so you can get rid of some the unwanted extra body fat !! After that your abs will start to show
There isn't an exercise to do that, you just have to lose total body fat %.
Just some sit ups and what your calorie intake.
Maybe walk more. It wil tone up your legs and your butt. Plus, you will lose a few pounds also.
Sit up's, curls. Cut food intake in half for a month.
Crunches, situps, leg lifts, scissors, leg extensions, russian twists, v ups, side sit ups, pele situps, etc. Really anything that builds muscle there
Crunches and barbell squats. Swimming too which also helps the cardio and shoulder and chest as it will help posture and flatten the tummy
You look good to me, 😉… Bit if you want a flat stomach just eat healthy and increase your workouts and do some more cardio. It will get there.
using both hands and arms.. push yourself away from the table.
You cannot just lose belly fat. You want to lose fat, you will have to lose every fat.
Any exercise that build abdominal muscles will help.
There is no "lose fat in certain area" thing. It depends on each composition, lose fat overall I suppose.
Don’t think it works that way. “Fat” is a sum goal. You can strengthen your core.
Drink ice on a daily basis. I lost a noticeable amount of weight doing so
You can't spot burn fat, so it will mostly be about a diet with a calorie deficit
