the "pouch" is there to prepare you for when you're pregnant it's a natural thing found on most skinny people. Getting rid of it is very HARD and somewhat inefficient.
So you really shouldn't try to get rid of it.
I digress, of course I know how.
So there's 2 ways: being severely underweight (will not tell you how or support this) or burning it away through rigorous ab work outs. Or try out that flat tummy tea thing, that's what I'm doing. TO be able to tone it out you will have to fix your diet heavily.
To little to no fats and cardio + these ab work outs daily.
Ab:
-leg ups
-curl ups
-plank
-leg curls
- sit up side to side

It's going to take a lot of continuous work to get rid of that. The good news is you don't have to, because that's about as flat as stomachs get, way flatter than most, and no one will care. If you like it exactly just so, just know what it's going to take. There's nothing wrong with it either way. I have one friend who continually does this, she is a total workout nut to maintain a perfectly flat stomach, and still sometimes gets back to about that shape but always works on it. As mentioned in another comment, a lot of it will do with posture and keeping every muscle strengthened.

flat stomachs and abs are made in the kitchen especially to get rid of any fat on the lower stomach so just change up your diet and you'll get there
I would recommended u to do :-
1) crunches
2) twister
3) suryanamaskar
and some jog will doDon't do anything!! Your stomach looks super hot... We like a little bit of flab...
