Hey this is not that bad, you still have a very nice figure. Still if you want to tone up I would suggest targeted exercise and walking since you don't need to lose weight over all.
It looks fine to me. But if you want to tighten the muscles in the ab area. Do simple ab exercises or any simple exercises targeting around/the ab area.
I think burst training (a type of HIIT) might be the most beneficial in your case. I don't think you need to eat much less and lose any weight to start losing the pouch, only alter the body composition a bit.
