Then I ate a wrap (which was SO good)
And I weighed my self no I’m at 97 lbs what?
How can this be? I haven’t even worked out yet?
Yeah, it's happened to me a few times, too. It could even just be a scale that's not very accurate.
My cousin visited from Arizona a few years back and brought her own scale with her (a newer one from about 20 years ago) and then forgot to take it home with her (about 2500 miles away) I've been going by the scale we've had at the house since the `40's or `50's. On our scale, I was 185. On hers, I was well over 200! So, I got back onto ours and it still said 185, then I got back on hers and now it said I was 195! Almost every time I've tried her scale, I got a different number! But, when I'd go to ours, I got the same number each time!
I believe you are heaviest in the morning which is why they say to weigh yourself in the morning 🙂
But then how did I go all the way from 110 to 97?

The average person's weight fluctuates 10 lbs over the course of the day. Also, unless you are eating food you are always loosing weight. Maybe not a lot, but some.
Even 110 is pretty light.
That’s overweight for 5,0 like me. I cried all day today.
Don't feel bad. You're probably less than that and even that is soo light.
No worries. One scale is broken.
Most folks take a poop during the day
