I agree with you that if a person already has a good appearance and resorts to it for futile reasons such as the fashion of the moment, they are wrong to undergo an operation, just as people who resort to it to change their sex are wrong, since in the latter case the alteration is more than obvious.

Your idea of perfect breasts are not the breast owners' idea. Having large breasts can cause a host of problems for the woman wearing them: shoulder scars from the weight of the breasts bearing down on bra straps, back pain, being unable to run, or perform sports to the best of the person's ability.

No one needs to suffer these problems to entertain a sexy vision of "perfect breasts."

Perfect breasts are breasts that do not get in the way of a woman's lifestyle. Does that make sense? For some women, their big boobs are fine. For others, they're not functional.

That's what it's all about.

Not a fan of the sag due to gravity, and a lot of you fellas HATE big and natural. I've even seen men in here call natural big boobs disgusting over something us women CANNOT ABSOLUTELY HELP.

No. If it's not for health reasons then insurance already won't cover it, so you'll have to pay out of pocket. That's enough deterrent for unnecessary surgery for anyone who's not rich. Making it illegal would be a huge overstep.

There is no such thing as a universally accepted perfect bust, and as long as it’s being done purely for the sake of health and not something like peer pressure I’d support it.
Besides, all sizes are attractive in my opinion.
