Those pictures look beautiful.
Unfortunately I just end up at the nearest all ladies gym. Unfortunately there's nothing that's beautiful and peaceful by myself. I'd have to travel a couple hours for that. Which isn't really realistic.
I live in the mountain west area of the United States. Myself and a couple friends gif out for 5 hours or so. We drove a couple hours to this area for some high altitude riding (7,000-10,000 feet above sea level (
The solitude was very beneficial!
That actually sounds really nice. I guess it's something that could possibly be done couple times a month depending what you have going on in life. I remembered there actually is a nature reserve not to far from myself. I do enjoy going there sometimes, although I say sometimes but I actually haven't been there in about 4 years 🤦 I did always find it peaceful over there tho plus there all different tracks and you can find different pieces of art on each track. Reminds me I still need to find the HUGE chair that makes you look like a midget. 😅
I like dance workouts. Makes me feel happy and excited to workout. I also love swimming, being water is my favourite thing ever.
The sound of water, whether it's a stream or waves crashing is so relaxing. I'm not an incredibly strong swimmer, but I could swim to save my life, so I guess that's good.
As long as you can swim to safety and stay afloat, you’re good 😄 I started swimming lessons when I was 3, I’m 25 now so a looong time aha
I had swim lessons when I was young, and now our children are having swim lessons, so I spend some time in the pool, but I really enjoy swimming in natural non-man-made waters :-)
Definitely the best thing you can do for them 😊 but agreed! I swam in the Mediterranean when I went to Cyprus, jumped off the boat with some friends, it was incredible!
We have been in the Pacific and the Atlantic, as well as the Florida gulf. Hawaii was definitely the best.
Hawaii sounds wonderful
It was! Hoping to go back again someday when we have the money saved up :-)
Nice! I’m sure you’ll be there soon 😊 I’m saving to go to Jamaica next year with a friend
As for me my exercise is going to take me walking on the beach tomorrow. In the morning I’ll pack my cooler & throw on my sunscreen & bathing suit.
My athletic endeavors have let me see a lot of cool scenery. I mostly just enjoy feeling like the tension is leaving my body through the exercise.

To my home gym. Weather is never an excuse for me (it used to be but I eliminated the possibility).
Having a space to always push some physical exertion is so beneficial! Are used to do some workouts inside, but one year, maybe seven or eight years ago, I opted to buy clothing and gear that forced me to do most of my exercise outside. I'm saving up for a Fat bike so I can cruise on the top of snow in the coming years.
I think that would qualify as a fat bike. A couple of my friends who own one, have up to 5 inch wide tires. This is like paddling a sled on the snow.
Fucking spellcheck!
They say it's like paddling a sled on snow
I totally agree. Trying to find a walking/hiking buddy to do it with me
I hope you find someone that will share those peaceful moments!
That's why I love hiking.
We didn't see any cars or see any other people for almost 6 hours yesterday. Just the sound of the bugs and other critters, fulfilling their natural obligations :-). The cows were a real treat.
That's always a nice environment to be in when you can kind of disconnect from society for a while
Can I hike with you? Preferably behind you
@LoverOfBooty23 good grief 🤣
@middleagedclimbee gotta shoot your shot when you can yanno? 😂
