I mean just eating clean. No exercise but eating clean, high protein. No sugar etc
I'm still the same weight but my body looks better
Is that possible?

It's a really good start
Okay so you have a car just say you never change the oil filter the air cleaner you never really put a new tires on it and you kind of leave it just parked it's just kind of just rotting away it can't breathe you're out of gas it's just going to sit there and rest away
Your body is meant to move your body is meant to drink lots of water your body is mint to have your blood flow your oxygen blood flow through your bloodstream clear fast the faster it goes the better it is for your body everything is clean your body works 10 times better sweat clean out your pores all the toxins in your body breathe in through your nose and out through your nose so you get pure oxygen and not just air when you do something strenuous it gets your heart rate going which pumps your blood which cleans out your blood system cleans out your all the garbage all the toxins in your veins in your blood
If you don't want to exercise don't exercise but I guarantee it if you walk 30 minutes a day at a fast pace within a week's time you're going to see yourself toned up so much even your nose will tone your head becomes clear you can think better you can breathe better you sleep better you're happier so I mean if you just want to do it the food thing that's cool but put some high octane gas in that thing and take it for a ride I guarantee when you get back every night for a week for 2 weeks you will become a different person It feels Good feeling Good
Absolutely. I’d actually say if you could only do one, work out or eat clean, then eat clean. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll have a better shape to you if you develop and tone your muscles, but I’d say diet is more important. I spent my college years not going to class and going to the gym all day instead. But I’m in better shape now, in my 40s, because I worked out til the cows came home back then, but I’d come home and order pizza, or a calzone, or a burrito, or a cheeseburger, or Buffalo wings, or pasta. “Eating healthy” was like a Caesar salad, and spoiler alert, those are not healthy at all, lmao. So I was always just doughier than I needed to be. I looked good in clothes but I wasn’t psyched to go to the beach. I think I just figured out the people in great shape, it’s like 80% diet and sleep, and only like 20% gym. So now I try to eat much better, and it shows.
You will certainly improve the quality of your skin and clarity of your eyes by eating clean. Cutting back on sugar is always good.
But remember: balance in all things. A good diet has protein, carbs and healthy fats. Also desserts.
Diet is the main way to alter your weight: it's 80 percent of weight loss and maintenance of a healthy weight. Exercise tones you up, and that's the other 20 percent.
Talk to a dietition and see a certified trainer (someone who's got a degree in exercise physiology and certification in weight training) to get professional tips on what you should do on your own to get to and remain looking your best through life.
yup i lost 2 nd a half stone nearly three bow but I was taking orlistat those tablets help you loose weight to ure not aloud anything fatty or sugar with those tablets or it gives you diharea so I had no choice it was giving me a push towards positivness past 1 week I have had a few fatty things and a takeaway or 2 with my sister and mum so didn't take the tabs so today its time to go back to them and I have put back on a few pounds what a total bummer thats why today its time to go back to diet

Probably to a degree but nothing radical. You need to blend exercise and diet to really make a difference. Don't do these fab diets. Just do healthy living which includes good exercise. I have yet to hear the person that said they needed to lose weight and get in better shape just eat salad and you're good. It takes more than that. You need to burn intake.
Diet is the biggest part of changing how you look. If you’re trying to lose weight you can do that on diet alone. If your diet is bad you can only exercise so much and you probably won’t cancel out what you ate. Eating clean helps your skin, eyes and hair. If you’re at your ideal weight strength training can change your appearance and bring more attention to the areas you want to. Genetics still play a huge role in how big certain areas will get but it still helps a lot
A good trainer is going to tell you 80-90% of getting in shape is the food one eats. 10-20% is exercise. You need proper fuel to perform at your maximum when exercising and to reduce fat composition.
thats why so many people fail at making change. They don’t want to change the way they eat and think exercise is going to do it all. Not true at all.
Yes. You get better skin, your fat muscle proportion changes, you feel better. Of course healthy diet give you just marginal improvements in looks, it's not 3kg silicone in shape of fake boobs that changes your appearance diametrically.
Even without exercise?
i don't know. losibg weight is calories in, calories out. maybe if let's say same calories but the calories is from protein maybe it's good for your muscles hence yoy look different. the better muscles you have the more "tight" yoy look
From what I know, as accurate or inaccurate as it may be... to an extent you can change it, but it's not really ideal. Diet is important, yes, but so is exercise too. Being sedentary definitely isn't good. The human body wasn't designed to stay still all the time. If you get exercise through walking a lot to places, that's a pretty good start, but if you genuinely get none at all, that's pretty terrible for your body.
To a small extent, it might be possible but otherwise without either cardio or proper body training one cannot change their body shape.
yea, if you're in a calorie deficit that's enough to lose weight
been there done that anyways
Yes! Look up code red life style. It’s like hard core keto but if you follow it, it works!
yes cuz most of your body imperfection is created by poor health.
Yes, you can lose weight and your body shape may change due to fat loss. You still need exercise to tone your muscles.
You're ALWAYS going to be you. But you can be the BEST version of you.
You can lose wright. But you're not going to tone without exercise. But that doesn't mean exercise has to suck. You can find a sport you enjoy doing.
It is possible to lose weight with diet alone , but adding exercise would optimize your body’s health. You can’t really change the shape of your body tho…that is something that is more natural than a product of what you do to it.
Yes you can, and it can be a dramatic change with time.
Just know if you are going high protein/fat you also have to go low carb, or vice versa.
+No processed food and you are good to go.
Yes I have done it for years.
I used to be a gym rat but diet can keep you in great shape
Yeah but you won’t get tone but you’ll look skinnier
No! I’ve lost weight and gained it back so many times that my skin in ruined.
You definitely can, I have done it.
Depending on your bodytype
Nah, you need exercise too
