Is it normal to lose 4 pounds after 24 hours of illness?

I came down with an illness this Monday and it is now Tuesday. I weighed myself and the scale says I was down 4 pounds. I am trying to eat a diet of mostly fruit since it's easier to digest. Trying to avoid cooked pastries and cake.

It might be covid, I had chills, body aches and fatigue. The only place I could have been infected is while ordering red lobster for my mom's birthday earlier his month. I never leave the house.
Is it normal to lose 4 pounds after 24 hours of illness?
