perhaps you should consider medication. it could help put out the fire so to speak so you can work more on your trauma.
I'm having a really hard time, my hands are shaking and I live in a constant state of fear, and because of that incident in the past, because of the trauma, I'm afraid of men.
i can hear that you are having a hard time. i think you should see a psychiatrist or ask your therapist to refer you to one. we don’t want you to suffer of additional treatment could help. i’m sorry you are going through this. you may need to improve your self soothing techniques. for me, i like textures, so i rub my blanket and things like that. hug yourself. tell yourself you’ll be ok. personally, i don’t believe in god, but i still pray sometimes. another thing i would consider is finding a support group of young women with similar problems. this can help remind you you aren’t alone. i’m so sorry for your pain right now
Start boxing in the gym. And take classes with other people.
wow I've never tried this, thanks for the suggestion
Yeah, there's no time for your mind to drift off when you have to focus on doing the drills.
Lorazepam can help.
