It used to be a lot... lol
Currently, I mostly hit 5 hours every night. I work on fixing my sleeping patterns because I neglected them for years.

  EMS is always busy, we are getting older, living longer and needing more care.
  It's flu season, so that goes through a nursing home fast than a meal from taco bell.
  Mostly 24s, but if we have people out sick, yep we all catch something, 48s and even though we aren't supposed to work more than 48 hours we do. Yawn.

A few, used to be a lot. I try to sleep as much as possible because my immune system gets weak when I don't. It seems like I only get a cold or flu when I haven't been sleeping enough

  Is it insomnia or something else? My husband had trouble sleeping before we got married and he started taking magnesium and has never had that problem again. Magnesium helps your body regulate it's natural melatonin better
