What could this be, any advice?

Yes I will go to docs… I have a random rash on my skin, I didn’t realise I had it until I put shaving cream on and it started stinging. I would say it’s been a little over a week that I’ve had this. It has yellow discharge here and there, I’m not sure why my skin went bright red all of a sudden.

Yellow discharge sounds to me like an infection, no medical degree here tho

Yeah, I defo believe it’s an infection too from the red colour and puss. It doesn’t really hurt all the time though, I expected an infection to hurt more than this but it defo looks awful

You should add something to it, I'd say add baking soda and water, then cover it up with something til you get it checked out
