Aight so basically I was at my dads house helping him outside with decorations. I was on the side of his house on a ladder putting up things, when my little sister pushed the ladder and uh, had a big fall 🤣

I got an type-2 ankle sprain in January from skateboarding. I hadn't done it in several years and all I did was bail to the flat bottom. I went out too far on a backside air, like this (although not nearly as bad, I was skating only a 12 foot ramp and the air wasn't nearly as big):

He ended up falling from maybe about 4 stories high whereas I only fell from about 2 stories high. Yet my ankles had become weak from not skateboarding a long time and my left one popped and got messed up.

Had to walk on crutches for almost 2 months. Was really annoying just going to the bathroom. I'm fully recovered now though and ready to try skating again!

The two worst injuries you can generally get from airs on a vert ramp is to go too far out like the above and the way I messed out. Then you're landing on the flat bottom.

The other is to go too far in and then hung up where your skateboard hits the coping and you fly to the flat bottom.

Yes, actually I got banned on my previous account earlier last year. My sense of humor when I'm completely drunk can get weird and inadvertently abrasive, and when I get the message that my humorous post was deleted for being offensive, instead of being mature about it, I went for bigger air and became twice as offensive in my subsequent posts. 😅

I ended up signing up again this year mainly after that ankle injury. I thought maybe I was still banned but gave it a shot and they let me sign up again. Now I'm all sober! I quit drinking towards the end of last year.

September- a chlorine accident, in pool while working out.

October, at walmart-- got bumped into a steel bumper and shattered back of my heel.

February 14- while trying to fix my trash can lid whle squatting down, lost balance hurt my left toes and foot can't explain it here then right after that lost balance again and my body was going towards the left and my left knee slammed against kitchen floor.. the worst part was... February 17th.. my left knee pit went backwards. PCL injury.

Wicked gracefully, lmao. I was playing pickup hockey Friday night, went into the corner to collect a puck a spin around, but it was towards the end of the session and I caught a rut in the ice, and I went ass over teakettle into the boards.

It’s kind of hard to see, but I whacked the back of my head, and I think it bent me funny, so I have what I assume is a muscle strain going along the left side of my spine in the middle part of my back.

The faster I get up, the more I’m probably hurt, lmfao

I get minor injuries almost daily - often I don't even notice at the time. Thursday I was running a cable through an attic, and I got some cuts and scrapes during that process, which is almost always going to happen if you're working in an attic. There are almost always crazy amounts of sharp nails or staples coming through the "ceiling" of an attic, along with rough, splintered wood, pipes, valves, sharp sheet metal, and endless other obstacles.

I've got several scrapes on my knees and one on my forearm from that little adventure, and I definitely banged my head at some point, but I don't know if I have a scrape or bruise because it's in my hairline.

It just comes with the territory with my job.

While barefoot at home I slammed my foot into the bottom of a door frame. The next my second toe next to my big toe was black and blue. I did the same thing years ago and fractured a bone in my toe. This time I don't it's broken because it doesn't hurt to walk.

Anyhow, the other day, I had a tiny spot on my pinky finger that was painful, but I couldn't see it well enough to diagnose a splinter. I figured it must be a tiny burn from earlier that day. When I finally had glasses on, I could see it was a papercut. 🤦

I moved at night and accidentally kicked my calf muscle went charlie horse for 10 min... messed up for two days. Then I sat on my other knee and whacked it. double header.

Very easy to get hurt, recovery time is long. keep in shape, drop calories and weight hope for best is the plan.

I would say I’ve never injured myself because I was trained by my family to avoid taking risks. The latest injury I had was as a toddler when I banged my head against the lamp and had surgery to correct my facial beauty after the incident. My parents said I would have an ugly scar that would limit my dating options if they did not perform surgery on my eyelid after the incident.
