Finding the fountain of youth would be a wonderful start however you probably have a better chance of getting hit by lightning on a submarine. On the flip side the way you live your life has a big effect of how long you live. Stress is a killer & if you can live a life without stress or low stress that would be the way to go. Some say a body at rest stays at rest so go for a walk, workout & get your ass off of the couch. As for drinking & eating what you drink & eat have an impact & an impact in the long run as well.
