Do you have a tracker or is it normal to you?
1.6K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I have a system. For one half of the day, I'll drink 60 ounces of water & for the other half, I'll drink around 60 or a bit more in the form of 16-24oz at a time until I've reached 60 ounces for the first half of the day. I also take into account the water I'm consuming via the food I eat.
I log the specific amount of water I drink on the app "cronometer" with a time stamp attached to it. When I want to check how much water I'm consuming, I just go to the daily report & convert the logged amount by dividing it by 28.35. I try to have at least 88 ounces per day. Some days where I'm not sweating a lot or if I've eaten higher sodium meals earlier in the day & don't want to hold on to as much water, I'll only drink the 88 that day. But if I have structured my eating to where I know I'm having a good balance of electrolytes (especially sodium and potassium) throughout the day, I'll go ahead and drink a gallon of water or more.
I never drink more than my bodyweight in water & I never exceed more than 24-33oz of water per hour as to avoid possible water intoxication.00 Reply

When I first get up, I put a scoop of health powder in a liter bottle, will it 3/4 full of water and shake it up. That's the first thing I drink in the morning. I use it to wash down a whole bunch of vitamins and supplements.00 Reply
1 yI fill up a cup of water and put it on my nightstand. When I wake up in the morning, I'm reminded when I see it there, and usually drink the whole thing. If I have a full bottle with me throughout the day, I'll remember to drink it. I like to add a little lemon juice to regular water, too. I keep chilled carbonated water flavored with real juices in the fridge, along with kombucha. I was 16 when I quit drinking soda. I read about the havoc it wreaks on teeth and it effectively made me completely uninterested in drinking it ever again, ha.

- If I'm out of the home for the day - I make sure I have only glass or wood containers to drink from. No plastic or steel.
- I don't do COLD water. It's easier for me to consume hot/warm water all day with no issues so I always make sure I have an electric kettle in my car/lunchbag.10 ReplyOnce I was a bad drinker and drank too little water so I had always dry skin, especially on my hands.
Actually I changed my way by putting a bottle of water on my desk and it should be finished by the end of the day (2 liters), so when I’m working I see it and I drink from it regularly.00 Reply- 1.1K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic.
