I’ve noticed I’m struggling with brain fog from time to time since I’ve been working in a factory how can I stop this?

Brain fog often comes from fatigue, you could just be more tired since you started working there. Maybe see about changing your sleep routine so you get in more hours of restful sleep.

It's not uncommon. I was contracted to do some work in a factory a few years ago and had the same thing. The air was toxic inside the factory but was within what was considered legally safe. Unfortunately, I was sensitive to it

Get more and/or better sleep. Eat light and get some sunshine. Take herbs and supplements that help with mental acuity. Read, play games and do puzzles to exercise your mind.

Try to get outside for some exercise and ask around to see if anyone else is having issues
