What can be the reason for my head pressure + brain fog?

For the past 4 months, I’ve been having a weird sensation at the back of my head. It feels numb, sometimes there’s a burning sensation like someone just lit my head on fire with a lighter, sometimes it feels like a churning feeling also in my head. It just overall aches and feels like my head is full of cotton most of the time. I can also feel the nerves in my head twitching from time to time as well. I’ve seen a neurologist and got a brain MRI. It came back fine, I was surprised to say the least. My neurologist asked me if I had an accident or some form of whiplash and I have not. She diagnosed me with a pinched nerve and urged me to go to a PT and was strongly against seeing a chiropractor. She also advised that I see an ophthalmologist and not my usual optometrist because I’ve been having some visual disturbances like eye floaters (I’ve had them all my life but it’s been more than usual) and my peripheral gets jumpy sometimes (hard to explain). I know most of you guys aren’t doctors but I’m only asking this to get closure from anyone who’s maybe gone through the same annoying sensation. And would a Physical Therapist really be able to help me with this? I just want this pain to go away; it makes it hard to think sometimes
