Or you could have a friend call him while he's out in public so he makes a fool of himself with his reaction. Either way PLEASE have someone with you when you break the news so he can't try anything stupid. Guys can get crazy when they're not ready for that responsibility.

Don't let him guilt or pressure you into anything either! This is your body and your choice what you want to do. I'm here for you no matter what babe. You've totally got this! Just focus on taking care of yourself and that sweet little peanut growing inside you. Screw what that jerk thinks!

Text is probably the best way to go so you don't have to see or deal with his reaction. That way if he starts screaming or saying rude stuff you can just hang up. You don't need that kind of stress while pregnant.

Maybe tell a few of your close friends the real deal too so they can back you up if he tries contacting them to yell more. Having your girl squad in your corner will help take some of the pressure off dealing with his immature reaction.

And don't be afraid to block him on everything so you don't have to read or hear any nasty DMs or voicemails he leaves. You gotta take care of yourself and the baby now - his stupid feelings are no longer your problem since he wanted to act like such an asshole. You'll be way better off without his drama.
