If it's still bleeding, it could be a sign of irritation, infection, or maybe you've been too rough during those intense workout sessions, flexing those abs like you're about to star in a BBW and twink appreciation movie. Could be an infection. Go to your doctor as soon as possible. If left to progress an infected belly button piercing will not be a pretty thing and could in extreme cases cause you to lose your belly button altogether when it has to be removed..

I don’t have one but I heard they hurt like hell , and that they can easily get infected , so if it’s bleeding after 2 months it is probably infected , unless you rubbed it against something without you realizing you did , to make it start bleeding , if you have a lot of redness around your belly button , it is probably infected and you are best to take it out and go see a doctor to be safe

It did not happen to me. I bought a few different kinds of rings and would clean the area around the first ring until I could remove it. For extra measure, I put neosporin around the punctures. After the holes were somewhat healed, I would interchange it with a new ring and sterilize the previous ring in an alcohol solution.

Any puncture of skin can bleed if it gets infected. Do you periodically remove the piercing and clean the area, preferably with soap and then alcohol?

I used to have my nipples pierced and the only time they bled was the day I pierced them after that I kept cleaning them thoroughly and they never bled again so I guess is not normal.
