There's a small chance. You have to take a pregnancy test. But this can definitely just be hormonal fluctuations. Especially if you're taking meds, drugs or alcohol.

The chances are very small to none if you take the pill every day at the same time, the breast pain and the naussea can be caused of the pills, those are synthetic hormones that will affect your body in some way, for me was that my breast were also hurting and that is because they were growing.
