Yeap. He's the one who decides if say I'm paralyzed or brain dead, he stops treatment, takes me home and puts me out of my misery

Oh man. That's difficult. Does she have concerns or anxiety about discussing her own mortality? My brother-in-law's mother was like that and it was just a s*** show when she passed away. I'm sure you've told her that she is best to get over it and plan. I wish you luck on that It's a hard sell!!

Perfect! If you end up having kids though please make sure you amend it naming custody of minors and executor. If you can, separate those two roles I've been told.
