Workout at the gym or workout at home alone?

I have a home gym as you know. I much prefer to work out at home. I can concentrate solely on the workout without being sidetracked by other people.. Plus, I hate the drive home after a workout.. I like to jump straight in the shower and have a nice relaxing rest afterwards.

Same here!! I have always only ever worked out at home. When it comes down to swimming I do go to the pool or beach but I can't really count that as a gym.

Indeed!! It's what I thought. I prefer working out at home because I don't really like to be watched while I do plus I view it as a very personal practice!!

Yep, my sentiments exactly. I'm not anti social in any way shape or form, but I take my workouts very seriously and I don't like distractions whilst I'm doing so.

Workout at home. My gym is open 24hrs. 7 days a week and there is no dress code.

At home is all I need. I do calisthenics and don't like attention when working out, which calisthenics generally gets.

We have a home gym, but I swim at the local gym during female only hours.

Gym. I find that the environment gives me more motivation to exercise. Whereas at home, I get lazy.

Id prefer home but something's have to be done in gym it's cheaper or has to be done. Not that I do these days 😆
