Do you other Europeans have the same issue as I have here in the South of France: meds that have already degraded at the pharmacy due to the heat?

I live in the South of France, I used to live in Marseille but moved to Avignon 2 years ago and since then all the meds I pickk up at the pharmacies around here have degraded or were already degraded due to the hot weather (it's between 28°C to 39°C form June to August) when these meds ( like most meds) are supposed to be stored at less than 25°C

There has been more than 1 incident, several incidents where the meds have either degraded or were alreaday degraded:

1/ When I picked them up at a small pharmacy without aircon

2/ In my car which did not have aircon, the trip between the pharmacy and my house

3/ In my house, on a hot day in mid July this year when it was 39°C outside and 30°C in all rooms in my house so most of my meds that all kept in the same box on the same shelf all degraded!

Whether it was my antidepressents ( effexor, mirtazapine, paxil), anti psychotics ( risperdal), benzos ( valium, xanax, prazepam, oxazepam), painkillers ( doliprane, dafalgan, paracetemol) they all degraded because most of these meds need to be stored below 25°C ( it's written on the box and on the leaflet too)

I tried storing them in the fridge but since it's 2°C in the fridge it's too cold so ironically the meds degraded and became partially/totally ineffective in the fridge because some of those meds it's written to be stored away from humidity and heat

I was wondering do other European countries ( Belgium, Holland, Germany, Scandinavia, Ireland, Poland, Russia) have the same problem as we have here in the South of France

When I lived in the UK for 7 years from 2010 to 2017, this NEVER happened, the meds I picked up at the pharmacy never degraded and weren't degraded so this proves that pharmacists from other countries outside of France are more competent, have strict regulations and store meds at the right temperature unlike the incompetent French pharmacists here in the SOuth of France

Well that's my point! In the USA, it's as hot or even hotter than here in France in places like Arizona, Nevada, etc yet meds all accross the USA never degrade whether at the pharmacy or at the manufacturer or in the transport van between the manufacturer and the pharmacy unlike here in the South of France

This proves that American ( and any other non French pharmacists in other European countries) are more competent, professional, have stricter regulations, store meds at the right temperature than the incompetent, unprofessional, complacent French pharmacists in this part of France who are in denial despite the overwhelming evidence that the meds were compromised at certain pharmacies or even at the manufacturers

I mean I remember going to a pharmacy in winter and they put the heater on full blast at the pharmacy! No wonder the meds became compromised, detoriated and became partially/totally ineffective not only in the summer months but in the winter too

There haas been more than 1 incident here in the Vaucluse department in France in towns like Monteux, Carpentras, Orange, Avignon, Cavaillon, etc where the meds had either detoriated at the pharmacy, at the manufacturer ( in French: grosisste), thr trip between the pharmacy and my house in a car with or without aircon because even even the aircon is on it's no way less than 25°C if's 39°C outside, it's even hotter inside the car, hot like an oven in a car without aircon, adn even with aircon the temperature is still above 25°C or at my house ( my previous house had no aircon so most if not all my meds degraded due to the hot weather) and in my new house we have aircon but we only put it in certain rooms like in the lounge ( why would we had put aircon in ALL rooms of our house, it's not feasible especially 24/7)

So as soon as we turn the aircon off thats when the meds detoriate due to the heat ( canicule in French especially it's the summer), same thing at the pharmacy when they turn the aircon off when they close their pharmacy at 6pm, the meds degrade since it's above 25°C in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening and at night
