Is it because of the vitamins?

hey gag,

i recently started taking some vitamins like D and E since i haven’t been taking care of myself and starting to do so. it’s been a couple days since i’ve taken vitamins, and my mood has felt better. i don’t really eat healthy so im guessing the nutrients that the vitamins give are the ones that i’ve been missing out on since i don’t eat healthy. yes, i know you should take care of your body and yes, i know eating fast food a lot isn’t good but i want to know your thoughts.
Is it because of the vitamins?
