I know exactly what you are going trhough for I have had serious serious anxiety for many many years. Initially I was prescribed xanax or kolodopins which were semi helpful but more or less made me tired and drousy . Alcohol helps for sure which is why I am an alcoholic but I wouldn't resort to that initially. There are these things that are muscle relaxers that are not narcotics which are called somas. you can google them. I love them and are extremely good for anxiety but not what they are intended for. but I would say the first step is talking about it which you r...go see a srhink it may help but you gotta get on something quick because you are only under 18 and if you don't nip it in the bud it will only get worse I promise you that.
normally something triggers the anxiety a life event or some traumatic xperience I know its true in my case. I would ask yourself what triggered this and all while that may not help the anxiety its still helpful. but you must go see a psychiatrist and be very open about what you are feeling. I am going through it bad now and hardly want to leave my house and meet other people or associate with friends it has gotten so bad. you are probably pessimistic, sad a lot, cry, worry about the future, have panic attacks, trouble breathing, etc I know what you are going trhough if you ever wanna ttalk about it message me if you can but since you are an anonymous user you probably can't good luck

There are a lot of things you can do. One major thing you have to do is control your breathing. (I have anxiety as well) Try your hardest to control your train of thought and focus on something that you know will keep you calm. When you start to get anxious around people just take a deep breathe and remember that they are only people. I mean at least that's what I've done over the years plus praying but ik not everyone is religous so.every year it gets just a little bit easier
I have anxiety too. I just try to distract myself with other stuff. Sports work magic too.
