We all know chewing and spitting is bad, what I'm asking is: is spitting drinks as bad as spitting food?
I'm 26 and skinny, I'm usually not truly hungry, I simply want to taste something good during the day, I put drinks in my mouth when I want to taste something good, but I don't swallow the drinks. If I want to taste chocolate, I'll grab a cup of liquid chocolate, I'll taste it and I'll spit it. Is my habit as unhealthy as chewing and spitting or have I actually found a valid alternative?
