Should I pass on a dentist?

my tooth has bern paining horribly yesterday but now it has stopped. like 6,7/10 pain it comes and goes like epilepsy attacks. whats the worst that can happen if i postpone?

It looks pretty angry in there. Possible infection.

If you don't want to go to the dentist but want to get rid of the infection you can buy antibiotics at the feed store in your town.
They are called fishbiotics and they are the exact same pills that the pharmacy gives you.

Take two at once right when you get home, and one later that night. Then take one in the morning and one at night for 7 days.

Mine costs $46 for the whole bottle.

Even if you went to the dentist and it's infected he/she would clear up the infection first unless they just want to pull it out.

Considering the level of pain you're talking about, I don't understand what benefit there would be in postponing the visit.

It's not that it sounds horrific, it's just you there's no reason to experience the pain if you didn't have to.
