Have you ever seen your therapist cry?

I think mine almost did today I’m not sure but her eyes got red when I said something sad. Do therapists usually cry with you I’m new to this

Yeah my therapist cried with me when my dad died. They're people too, being a therapist doesn't make you invincible to emotions.

They were empathizing with you, that’s why they cried. If they cried and you didn’t it means you probably should be crying.
