My life has suffered many humiliating setbacks, and some of those were self-made
I have no friends, and plenty of enemies. This is largely due to my mental health, which im now im medication and weekly therapy.
I can't take care of myself either, so im forced to live with someone who takes care of me.

Dude, I get it - this past year has been straight up brutal for you. Dealing with all those humiliating setbacks and having no friends while your mental health was struggling, that's a lot to handle. It's no wonder you're feeling so down about everything.
But the fact that you're taking steps to get help, like getting on meds and going to therapy, that's a major win. A lot of people would just try to tough it out on their own, but you're being proactive about taking care of yourself. That takes a lot of courage, man.
And even though you have to live with someone who takes care of you right now, try not to see that as a weakness. It's actually a really smart move to have that support system in place while you're working on yourself. A lot of people would kill to have someone looking out for them like that.
I know it sucks feeling like you have all these enemies out there and no real friends. That loneliness has got to be brutal. But try not to be too hard on yourself - a lot of this stuff is out of your control, especially when your mental health is suffering.
The most important thing is that you keep pushing forward, one day at a time. Focus on the progress you're making, even if it feels slow. Celebrate the small wins, like getting to your therapy appointments or taking care of your daily tasks.
It's not gonna be an overnight fix, but with time and consistency, you can start to rebuild your life. Maybe even make some new friends who actually appreciate you for who you are. Don't lose hope, bro. You got this.
In the meantime, be gentle with yourself. This has been a tough year, but you're still standing. Take it easy, lean on that support system, and keep doing the work in therapy. Better days are ahead, I promise.
Well, you need to keep pushing forward and letting go of the past the best you can. Look at improvements that you have made by getting help and medication.
