Recently I have fell in love with practicing yoga. It's not only a good workout, but very relaxing and therapeutic.

Calisthenics. I do at least 2 sets of 50 decline pushups, 50 situps touching my knees each rep (with my legs on top of a couch and butt parallel to the bottom of the couch... it's tougher than it sounds).
I might add more stuff like 1 set of 20 handstand pushups, 2 sets of 25 tricep dips, other pushups variations, burpees, pullups and pullup variations, etc.
But for the most part I stick to the first 2 exercises.
In the winter, I don't do much cardio... it drains me here in Canada. But in the summer I like playing soccer, hiking, and biking often.
I can honestly say I'm pretty happy with my definition, but I could use a bit more size. Maybe like 20 pounds of muscle and I'd be a happy camper.
I'd say, as with anything, start small and build yourself up. I started from a very early age being interested and passionate about this kinda stuff. Took me a long time and a lot of muscle memory to get me to where I am.
I used to do stuff like human flags and behind the back hand clap pushups and played soccer at a really high level
Hockey

I guess walking and running is the easiest.. so I don't mind doing those lol. Swimming.. I just don't get to do that often enough but I love swimming too.
Taekwondo and riding motorcycles in canyons. I had a trial new doctor who gave me a look at the latter. She was replaced. 😎

Oh it's a special sort of buzz. Especially when you nail a stretch with technical precision. It's one of my top fav things.

Jumping to conclusions, mostly.
I should be doing push-aways- from the dinner table, mostly.
As long as the food I see isn't SEA food.
I am against anything that constantly impacts joint pressure, especially knees and hips. You may 'feel' good today, but soon, sooner than you think, you will be at an age where knees and hips start to express their concerns about the impact exercise in your youth. WALKING and SEX! The best overall exercises you can do and need! Walk daily at a brisk pace, and have sex at an even greater pace ( of course, change it up).

Lifting heavy, and mostly running, but I love multiple forms of cardio including doing P90X..
It is.. But I love it.. Did me right.. Lmao..
You should.. If you do, start off with P90X3.. It's only 30 minutes each workout..

I prefer free form exercise against a punching bag; Hard to find a place that has one / can handle the noise.
The only exercise I seem to enjoy is swimming.
I can do the basics, but almost never get the opportunity to practice. (Mostly because I canβt stand how cold open water is, and only swim in pools.)
I love dancing, walking, yoga, weights and a few of the machines at my gym.
Climbing and upper body and core workouts, heavy weights and body weight.
Swimming and good old-fashioned walking.
Mostly running/cardio exercises, but lately I have been trying pilates and so far I like it a lot.
Love to hit the weights at the gym, I also do a lot of walking and of course lots of sex with my man

I used to like to run but I had a total hip replacement. Now I ride a bike or workout at a gym.
