What can help with hormonal acne?

I get pimples on my chest around my cycle.

Drink water, cut out all sugar and try not to get too stressed. Wash face twice a day, use moisturiser twice a day. Don’t touch your face with dirty hands. Change/wash pillow case every few days and if you’re getting them on your chest, try not to touch it. I used to get spots on my chest from touching it for comfort. Soon as I stopped they cleared up.

@gemb00 You sound like a dermatologist, as that is what a good dermatologist would advise. I have the same problem on my chest and back at time. Very high stress for me as my only brother died in January. I too, will follow your advice, which I think is excellent

No, I just read a lot. I’ve had spots for many years and I’m always googling on how to get rid of them :(

eating healthy works if you do it for over 6 months and your body starts to remove the toxins... avoid sugar at all cost
