I’m struggling a little with my acne, it’s not as bad as some people’s but it can be better. I just need suggestions or something that I could probably use to help.

Well I would go to a dermatoligis. They can give you various compounds to help. If not that, then I would say don't use a lot of makeup to cover it up (blocks the pours and can cause more pimples), do NOT wash your face frequently only do it once a day and then pat down your face but do not rub it (despite popular belief, your skins oil is meant to protect your skin by acting as a barrier for bacteria and keeping your skin supple so it does get tears. When you remove to much of the oil you get micro abrasions and openings in the skin and the oil isn't their to act as a barrier to trap bacteria and you get more white heads and infections. Rubbing your skin can also remove that oil and agitate the skin).
You can also use vinegar supposedly as it is slightly acidic so it kills bacteria without removing the oil from your skin (so if you wash your face in the morning, maybe a little bit of vinegar at night to help kill any bacteria on the skin). Though I've not tried it so I don't know for sure. Also do not do any rough scrubbing of your face when showering and it might help to use cool water (which will be less likely to agitate the skin compared to hot water).
Basically you need to find the balance between keeping it clean without going over board.
Speaking from personal experience: it's not diet, not stress, not pillow cases, not hormones, not skin-care products.
Go see a dermatologist. They will get your blood tested and see what's up.
I'm three months in on Accutane, and I have a check-up with my doctor this Monday.
I have waited until I was 25 to take it seriously. Don't let your skin destroy your confidence in your early twenties.
Look into your diet, see if there’s something there that could possibly be triggering it.
Wash your face twice a day and make sure to moisturise cause dry skin will cause excess oil production which leads to breakouts.
Drink a shit ton of water and put up with having to go pee 10 times a day.
Look into acne controlling products (Dermalogica Clear Start is a good one).
Change your sheets and stuff often.
Don’t use the same towel you use for your body on your face and if you ever put products in your hair and it gets on your face then make sure to wash your face.
If any of those don’t help then go see a doctor/dermatologist cause you might need some type of medication to get it in check.
Thank you 💜
Welcome😊
The acne you have is mostly on your jawline and cheeks which means that you maybe extremely stressed out or have a hormone imbalance.
I would recommend Estee lauder skin brightening serum to even out your skin tone and erase the scars left behind. And dawn dish soap blue to wash your skin. Keep your hands out of your face, keep clean pillow cases, and drink more water.
But honestly, just lowering your stress levels, drinking ONLY water, and eating a clean diet (very low sodium and very low starchy carbs) should clear it up in two weeks.
Best of luck with your skincare journey. 💆♀️

For starters you may want to visit a dermatologist & have them check it out & I’m sure they can work their magic. Also eating & drinking better helps as well.
1 cup of hot water mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of sea salt. Let cool then spray on your face 3x a day for a couple weeks. Do it girl what do you have to lose. It's my life saver
Please consult a skincare doctor near your place. Stop taking any advice here, you have to first find out your skin type and then consult an expert. The skincare consultation is affordable. Don't take any unnecessary tips here by the way
Well tell us what you've tried so far.
What kind of soap do you use?
Have you ever tried a mud mask?
Back in the day I used to go in the steam room at the gym I went to. My back used to look like moon base alpha and the steam really helped a lot.
I have a charcoal skin cleanser that I use religiously. It cleans out your pores. Maybe Triamcinolone or Hydrocortisone to help with itchiness and inflammation.
Do you wash/change your pillow cases often? Like every few days? That helped me a lot
Skin products with Salicylic acid, Indian healing clay, avoid eating fast food/sugar
Maybe get a new pillow and wash pillow case more often with anti bacterial deturgent.
When I start getting acne, I use an alcohol swab pad... takes care of it within a day or so
I really didn’t need to see this. Eat healthy and use proactive or something.
Why don't you start by popping those pimples that begs to be popped.
When popping pimples can leave scarring or dark marks, I’m okay on the suggestion
They don't, you are supposed to pop them. I think that's the reason you get acne, you are scared of popping the pimples that are supposed to be pupped so they start to rebel against you.
I hear sex gets rid of it.
have you tried acne pads yet?
I haven’t, what are they?
