Boyfriend steals my prescription pills?

my boyfriend of almost a year (40) keeps stealing my prescription pills female (24) in the past my pills have been stolen by him sometimes my whole script. my medication is vyvanse 50mg and i need it for functioning for anyone who doesn't know. i cancelled my prescription because i was tired of him stealing them and acting crazy because he would take so many at once sometimes 5 at a times which is really dangerous might i add anyway i got my pills yesterday after months without them im suppose to have 30 but now im missing 4 and i just got my pills yesterday i asked him to give them back and he's denying it and told me to call the pharmacy about my missing pills and they said they double count as protocol and I've never had missing pills before do i breakup with him he's literally denying it how am i suppose to work on this with him no idea what to do

UPDATE: im extra confused now im not sure if the pharmacy is throwing me a bone but i called saying i was missing 5 because i took 1 today and now they called saying do have an extra 5 so they must have miscounted but i only was missing 4? so why is the 5 extra what the fuk
