Big lump in anus thats prevent me from pooping. What can it be?

It could be a hemorrhoid. But it could be something else too. I think you should take it seriously though... if its something preventing you from pooping. That's a problem. Some hemorrhoids need medical attention (the vast majority do not. I just know this dude with a horrific story about himself, and waiting too long to go to the hospital).

Everybody needs to poop. If it's preventing you from pooping, that is a problem you need to deal with in a timely manner. It's something that you need to really see a doctor about.

I guess it depends on how bad it is, and how long it's been going on.

You can definitely try some over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream (I have no idea how well that works, I would assume it's something that might work on a milder case, but do nothing substantial if it's a more severe case. But I honestly don't know).

I am not a doctor. I have never had hemorrhoids myself. Please take everything I said here as simply the opinion of "one guy." I cannot claim to have a huge knowledge base here.

My guess is that it's probably hemorrhoids, but It is a good idea to find out for sure.

And for real... if you can't poop, go to the doctor. Asap.

Could be some kind of cancer up your ass. Start taking Novodalin and/or a mixture of maple syrup and baking soda (I can tell you how to make it) and cut out most, if not all sugar and start eating lots of greens.
